Information we collect
Account information such as your name, email, and password; event and ticket information you create or purchase; payment information processed securely by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers); communications you send us; and usage data such as device, browser, and activity information.
How we use it
We use your information to operate the platform; process ticket sales, payouts, and refunds; send transactional emails like confirmations and tickets; provide support; improve our services; and, where permitted, send InviteDem marketing (you can opt out anytime).
How we share it
We share information with service providers who help us operate — Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Google (AI features) — under their terms. We also share ticket and attendee information with event organizers for tickets you buy to their events, and we disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and Stripe's PCI-compliant systems for payments. No system is 100% secure.
