Refund Policy

Ticket refunds are determined by each event organizer's stated policy; InviteDem does not guarantee refunds of ticket prices. InviteDem service fees are non-refundable. When an approved refund is issued, the refunded amount is returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, and the organizer's payout for that ticket is reversed. For refund requests, contact the event organizer or support@invitedem.com.
